Custom Order for Marc
Marc here are your specifics;
SIX (6) 10 lite french door slabs all with different final dimensions (see below)
Made from solid Cherry
Mortise and floating tenon joinery throughout (Dominoes)
Cove and bead profile throughout
True divided lites
3/16” tempered clear glass (60 pieces)
Glass set with Butyl tape and silicone and glass stops
Glass stops will be Cove and bead profile as well
Primed and painted
Zinsner primer- two coats
PPG Exterior paint match code— ???
Splines will be provided made from solid cherry for aligning ripped doors on site.
-Two doors will have full 3 1/2” Stiles and will be 26.25”×80
-One door will have the right stile 3 1/2” and left stile will be ripped in line with outside edge of muntin, approximately 1”, for a total width of 24”
-One door will have left stile 3 1/2” and right stile will be ripped in line with outside edge of muntin, approximately 1”, for a total width of 24”
Two doors will be ripped on both stiles leaving only 1” stile on either end for a total width of 20 7/8”. These will be supported further by addidg 1/2” dowels horizontally through the stiles and into the end grain of the muntins
Each Stile Ripped will have a ½ wide X 1/2” deep Channel routed the length of the door for adding a spline during installation for added strength as well
Each door ripped will need to be further supported throughout the shipping and installation process. This will be done by sandwiching jointed boards on either side of the ripped stiles and screwing into door. Wood fill will need to be applied on site during installation.
Crate will be constructed on site with internal support “cage” to support doors on their side through the entire shipping process

Basing off closest listing with multiple glass panes “the Colorado” which sells for 2999 for 18-22 inch wide slabs
Six of these would total 17,994 , I can extend a 35% discount (6297) for quantity bringing this total to -11697
Cost for supporting very thin slabs and adding splines at a rate of 80/hr for an estimated 8 hours - 640
Residential freight shipping with full insurance -880
