Constructed with floating mortise and tenon joinery

Lower section Raised Panel

Upper section simulated divided lights front and back

Glass- 5/32” Seedy Reamy glass, tempered

Glass set with Black glazing tape and glass stops

Clear Coated Semi Gloss

Prehung in Custom Walnut Jamb (fee description below)

4 9/16” width ???

Three hinges per door ???? finish

Door orientation; Doors will push to open from living room into new room

Astragal will be added to front of Right door to cover gap between doors

Hardware; Prepped for one passage lockset on left door (Customer will Provide)

right door will be prepped for receiving Strike plate to accept left door, and mortised with flush surface bolts on top and bottom of edge of door.

-Customer wishes to add custom walnu casing to match. This will come 2 3/4” wide, 4 boards at 86” and two at 60”. Casing profile will be 99-467 ‘standard casing profile” as pictured
